Deeper Life Church Ministries, 900 Eleventh Street in Goldsboro, will provide Care Packages to the homeless on Saturday, May 1, as part of DLCM’s 2021 Doubling its Impact on the City. In a soul-stirring Isaiah 62 prophetic message on Sunday, April 25, Pastor McNair, II, declared that “DLCM will double its 2021 city impact outside the walls of the church.” “It’s not enough to do a little; God wants us to double the outreach we have on this city.”

The Care Packages include such items as blankets, socks, deodorant, sanitary napkins, toothpaste, toothbrushes as well as snack items like nabs, applesauce and bottles of water. “A lot of us take for granted the everyday toiletries that are needed to care for ourselves,” said Rene Barrett, DLCM Outreach Coordinator. “At DLCM, we recognize the most personal of needs are often not always available to our homeless population. DLCM intends to address these needs while letting the homeless community know they are not forgotten.”

DLCM will continue Impacting the City of Goldsboro through the vision of Senior Pastor Aaron McNair II, as we Teach, Reach, Love and Serve. There are plans for a Love Carnival in June. The Love Carnival will have a festival atmosphere, free food, and other fun activities.
