Ms. Mary Alice Pickett Brice, 79, passed on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Willow Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2021 at 12:00 noon at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Golden Gate Memorial Gardens, 4734 Highway 117 North, Pikeville, NC. There will be a viewing held on Tuesday, March 31, 2021 from 11:00am to 11:50am at the funeral home.

She was born on August 6, 1941 in Pender County, NC to Jack Leslie Pickett and Eva Green Walker Pickett. She is survived by two daughters: Wanda Brice of Goldsboro, NC and Karen (Ray) Kornegay of Dudley, NC; five grandchildren;twenty-one great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins; five sisters-in-law and special friends.
