There will be a viewing held from 10:00am to 11:50am at the chapel He will be laid to rest at the Wayne Memorial Park North, 1191 Old Grantham Road, Goldsboro, NC.

He was born on November 26, 1950 in Goldsboro, NC to James Kennon Best Ada Inez Mitchell Best.
