Miram House Caudell, a long-time resident of Goldsboro, passed away Thursday night, February 4, 2021, at Paradise Assisted Living, Catonsville, MD. She served as a teacher in Wayne County school system for 33 years. She enjoyed yard work, gardening, travel, and long walks.

Miriam is survived by her son, Carey H. Caudell III, daughter-in-law, Fadia C. Caudell, and granddaughter, Athena M. Caudell of Laurel Maryland.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas House and Marietta Tyson House; and a brother Tommy House.

Miriam’s wishes were to have her ashes spread over the family farm in Cumberland County.
