If you plan to visit the N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles in 2021, make sure to plan ahead. Office visits are by appointment only, and all offices are already booked until late February and on into early March. But the DMV allows many services to be completed online, including license renewals and ordering a duplicate license or ID.
