Thomas Mark Moran, “Tommy”, 34, passed away suddenly on Tuesday at his home.

Tommy was born in New York on March 2, 1986 to Tom and Cha Moran of Goldsboro. He loved life, adventure, and learning about other cultures. While doing mission work in many different orphanages, he traveled around the world and adopted the best from each culture to live a very inspiring and meaningful life.

A service to celebrate Tommy’s life will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. in the sanctuary of Faith Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Christian Powell and Rev. Dann Patrick officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery following the service.

In addition to his parents, Tommy is survived by his sister, Melissa Mann and husband Daniel; nieces and nephews, Carlie, Colby, Charlotte and Thomas Mann; fiancée, Lisa Bensch; special friend, Bobby Reavis; family in Korea, and aunts, uncles, and cousins from New York, Florida, Indiana, Arizona, and Pennsylvania that he loved dearly.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in his memory to Faith Free Will Baptist Church, 1200 W. Grantham Street, Goldsboro, NC 27530.
