Rossie Warren Bailey, 90, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Barbour Court Nursing and Rehab Center in Smithfield. He was born in Wilson County on September 9, 1930 to the late Warren Bailey and Mandy Bissette Bailey. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Parker Bailey and sister, Letha Baker.

There will be no formal services at this time.

He is survived by daughter, Betty B. Parrish of Middlesex; grandson, Steve David Bailey Parrish; sister, Nancy Howard of Florida and nephew and several nieces.
