The Neuse River at the Seven Springs Wildlife Boar Ramp was spreading into the parking area as of Saturday morning.  The rising river had already left one of the town’s streets underwater near the old fire station.  The Neuse River near Goldsboro has crested close to 22 feet in “Moderate Flood Stage” in recent days.  The river level is currently dropping and is expected to be below flood stage later this week.
