Robert Jackson Toole, 76, of Kenly passed away at Rex UNC, Raleigh on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. He was born August 30, 1944 to the late Jackson Raymond Grover Toole and Martha Ada Stanley Toole. In addition to his parents, Mr. Toole was preceded in death by a son: Shannon Strickland; brothers: Elijah, Raymond, Ervin, Joseph and Donzie Toole; and a sister Sally Adams.

Mr. Toole was a member of the Wilson’s Mills Church of God.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 12:00 Noon in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations with Rev. Larry Hunt officiating.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and afterward in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations on Monday, January 11, 2021.

Committal service for family only will be held January 11 at 2:00 PM at Lee’s Chapel Church, Four Oaks.

He is survived by his daughter Kimberly Edwards, Kenly; brothers: Thomas Toole, Four Oaks; J. R. Toole, Kenly; Danny Toole, Kenly; Dennis Toole, Kenly; Leroy Toole, Smithfield; sister: Mavis Peoples, Four Oaks; Grandchildren: Blake Fields (Angel); Amber Beverly (Aaron); Cody Boyatt; Great Grandchildren: Magnolia Fields and Shepherd Beverly and several nieces and nephews.

Although flowers are welcome, the family suggests memorial gifts be made to Wilson’s Mills Church of God, 104 Poplar Dr, Clayton, NC 27520
