Ella Herring Davis, 65 of 102 Sheryl Terrace died Thursday at Kitty Askins Hospice.

She was born November 9, 1955 in Halifax County to Claude A. and Teresa Melvin Herring. She is survived by her husband Artis Davis and one daughter.

Graveside services will be held Sunday at 2:30 PM in the Old Mill Cemetery. Visitation Saturday 5:45 PM until 7 PM at the funeral home.

The family will assemble at the residence in preparation for the service. Arrangements are by Haskins Funeral Home.
