Deacon Peter Best, 86, of 288 Millers Chapel Road died Friday at his residence.

He was born August 28, 1934 in Wayne County to Joe Isaac and Hattie Thompson Best. He is survived by his wife, Henrietta Coley Best and four children.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 AM at the Wayne Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held Friday from 2 PM – 5 PM at the funeral home.
