Mr. Rae’quan Rasheed Spencer, 23, of Fremont, passed away on November, 10, 2020 in Goldsboro, NC.

He is survived by his grandmother Blanche Spencer and two brothers.

A Public Viewing will be observed on Thursday from 11 am until 12 Noon at the Serenity Memorial Funeral Chapel.

Funeral Services will begin at 12 ; following the visitation.

Elder Daveion Thomas will officiate.
