Julian “Jay” Earl Langley, Jr., 52, passed away at his home in Holly Ridge, NC on Thursday, November 12, 2020. He was born July 11, 1968 in Wilson County to Virginia Ailene Williams Langley and the late Julian Earl Langley, Sr. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jessie Langley.

Mr. Langley was a member of the Heaven’s Saints Motorcycle Ministry of which he had been the President of the Eastern North Carolina Chapter. He was also the founder of the Shipwrecked Souls Biker Outreach. Jay, as he was fondly called, loved the beach.

There will be a graveside service for Mr. Langley on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 1:00 pm in the Overbee Cemetery on Baker’s Chapel Road, Smithfield with the Reverend Dano Janouiski officiating. There will be a gathering after the service.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Victoria Gurley Langley; sons, Derek Langley of Wilson, and Patrick Langley of Raleigh; daughters, Ashley Langley of Wilmington and Halley Langley of the home.
