A homicide suspect is apprehended in Kinston.  The Kinston Police Department reports it took 26-year-old Trevor D.A. Peters into custody Thursday evening in the area of Stadium and George Ave.  The arrest was without incident.  Officers had obtained warrants on Peters for First Degree Murder in relation to Wednesday night’s fatal shooting of 28-year-old Demario Washington of Kinston on the 1000 block of E. Bright Street.  Peters was held at the Lenoir County Detention Center.
