Juan Salomon Morales and Jenna Marie Sauls announce the birth and death of their daughter, Mia Evelyn Morales on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

A Graveside service will be held Monday, November 9, 2020 at 3:00 pm in Woodland Friends Cemetery in Dudley, NC. A visitation for family and friends will be held at 2:00 pm at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home in Goldsboro.

Along with her parents, Mia is survived by her paternal grandparents, Samuel Ascencio and Laura Hernandez; maternal grandparents, James, Jr. and Jennifer Burchett and Ann Sauls; great grandmother, Shirley Gronovius; half sister, Natalie Magdalena Morales; Aunts, Ashley Pilkington, Kimberly Stephenson, Jamie Danielle Burchett, Diana Hernandez, Maricela Hernandez and Sindy Hernandez; Uncles, Noah Sauls, Allan Sauls, Matthew “Joey” Avery and Erik Hernandez; Great Uncle, Thomas Thornton, Jr., and James Sauls; Great Aunt, Tammy Sauls Thornton.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Marvin Sauls, Jr; great grandparents, Marvin Sauls, Sr., Laura Sauls and Thomas Thornton, Sr.; Aunt, Crystal Hall.
