Leamon Pearce, 82, passed away at Wayne UNC Health Care on Thursday, October 29, 2020. He was born on May 1, 1938 to the late Leslie Pearce and Mamie Price Pearce. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a niece, Katlyn Bell.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations.

The funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations with the Reverend Dennis Pollock officiating. The committal will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 in Princeton Cemetery.

Leamon was a member of Tee’s Chapel Church where he had served as Deacon and had been a member of the Choir. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Masonic Lodge and a past member of Woodmen of the World.

He is survived by his wife, Annie Ruth McCullen Pearce; son, Michael Pearce (Sally) of Grantham; daughter, Judy P. Brogden of Grantham; brother, Frank Pearce (Sylvia) of Smithfield; grandsons, Matthew Brogden, Jarrett Brogden, and Joseph Pearce (Katy); granddaughter, Elizabeth Heath (A. J.); and great grandchildren, Luna Mae Brogden, Robert James Brogden, Carly Pearce, Hunter Pearce, Cameron Miller, Nicholas Miller and Easton Heath.
