Early Voting Begins In Wayne County

Early Voting for the Presidential Election starts today, Thursday, October 15,, in Wayne County.

Five sites in the county will offer matching hours for One Stop Early Voting from October 15th – 31st.  Those sites are:

  • The Maxwell Center, 3114 Wayne Memorial Drive in Goldsboro
  • Wayne County Public Library, 1001 E. Ash Street in Goldsboro
  • Bear Creek Missionary Baptist Association, 1800 S. Slocumb Street in Goldsboro
  • Mount Olive Train Depot, 110 W. Main Street in Mount Olive
  • Pikeville Harmony Lodge #340, 108 SW Railroad Street in Pikeville

The Early Voting period also offers in-person registering to vote, which is the last chance to register to vote before the November 3rd Election.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions at polling locations, it is suggested voters utilize Early Voting and absentee by mail voting before the November 3rd Election.
