A suspect is accused of passing funny money in Wayne County. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports 39-year-old Justin R. Parrish has been charged with Felony Uttering a Forged Instrument and Felony Obtaining Property by False Pretense. On July 9th, a business on the east side of Wayne County reported Parrish had passed a counterfeit $100 bill and received property and cash in return. Parrish’s arrest was reported this week. His bond was set at $3,000.
