Monday afternoon, officers with the Goldsboro Police Department’s Gang Suppression Unit and Selective Enforcement Unit conducted a narcotics investigation in the back parking lot at the Super 8 Motel on the 700 block of Corporate Drive.  The investigation resulted in the arrest of 41-year-old Joy L. Reybein of Greenville for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Reybein was given a $2,500 secured bond and she was transferred to the custody of the Wayne County Jail.
