Graham Dallas Best, age 68, passed away on Sunday evening at his residence. Born in Duplin County, he was the son of the late John Erman Best and Julia Bell Best and brother of the late Mickey Best, Jimmy Best, Elwood Best, Lucille Dail and Louise Pate. He was a Veteran of the NC National Guard.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am at Wayne Memorial Park with Rev. Paul Rose officiating. The family will greet friends at the grave and at other times at the home.

Mr. Best is survived by his wife, Joyce Faye Best; a sister, Christine Best; and a special puppy, Precious.

In lieu of flowers, family members request memorial gifts may be directed to the funeral home to help cover expenses.
