He will be laid to rest at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 26, 2020.

He was born on January 30, 1952 in Wayne County, NC to Bertha Mae Crawford and Hercules Hamilton.
