This past weekend, the Goldsboro Fire Department was stationed in front of the Lowe’s Home Improvement store on Berkeley Boulevard collecting donations for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.  The Goldsboro firefighters were asking folks to make a donation to MDA by Filling the Boot. More than 100,000 firefighters across the nation support the Muscular Dystrophy Association by raising money during the “Fill the Boot” campaigns.
