The Goldsboro Police Department’s Gang Suppression Unit and Selective Enforcement Unit were conducting motel interdiction in the area of the 700 block of Corporate Drive on Wednesday.  During an investigation in the parking lot of a business, 54-year-old Ronald M. Banks of Dudley was charged with Felony Possession of Cocaine and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Banks was given a $1,500 secured bond and he was transferred to the custody of the Wayne County Jail.
