Kinston Police have identified a person found dead in a wooded area.  According to the Kinston P.D., 49-year-old Carolyn Ann Suggs of Kinston was found deceased in a wooded area between the 500 block of Beasley Street and E. Blount Street Tuesday morning.  The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation is assisting with the case.
