The Goldsboro Police Department is investigating a weekend shooting. Late Saturday afternoon, the Goldsboro Police Department responded to a reported shooting on the 200 block of Winslow Circle off John Street. Officers found one male had been shot. The Goldsboro Fire Department and Wayne County EMS were also dispatched to the scene. The victim was quickly loaded into an ambulance and taken to the hospital. There is no information on the victim’s condition at this time.
