Hundreds continue to utilize the free COVID-19 testing being offered in Wayne County.

This past week, the Wayne County Health Department and Wayne UNC Health Care again teamed up to offer free COVID-19 testing — this time at Grantham Middle School.  246 residents were tested for the virus during between the two testing days on Tuesday and Thursday.

873 total Wayne County residents have been tested for the coronavirus during the free testing sessions that have been offered in Goldsboro, Seven Springs and Grantham since the end of June.

The county will offer another round of free COVID-19 testing from 9 AM – 12 PM on Tuesday and Thursday this week – this time at the Charles B. Aycock High School in Pikeville.
