Wayne UNC Ready If COVID-19 Cases Increase

Wayne UNC Health Care is still ready to support and serve the local community.

Jeff Brogneaux, Wayne UNC’s Director of Clinical Support, appeared on Jeff Farrow’s Morning Show on Goldsboro Greatest Hits 98.3 and 1150 to talk about the local hospital’s latest efforts amidst the coronavirus pandemic.

Brogneaux says after a lull in the positive COVID-19 cases at Wayne UNC, the county’s number are starting to slowly rise again.

With the number of COVID-19 cases also rising in areas around Wayne County, Brogneaux urged everyone to continue wearing masks and washing their hands.

Brogneaux says Wayne UNC Health Care has been able to loosen its visitor restrictions, and the hospital is well-stocked with necessary supplies.

You can visit Wayne UNC Health Care’s website for the latest information on COVID-19 and how the pandemic is affecting the hospital’s operations.
