Kevin Wade Aikens, 53, of Goldsboro, NC passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Wayne Memorial Hospital.  Kevin was born July 21, 1966 in Berlin, New Hampshire and moved to North Carolina at age 3.  Kevin is survived by his son Patrick Mabry of Jacksonville, NC and a step-son Bryan Brown of Goldsboro, NC.  He is also survived by two brothers, Clifford “Kip” Aikens Sr (Connie) and William “Billy” Aikens (Crystal) both of Jacksonville, NC and three sisters, Ann Davis of Lansing,  MI, Karen Poehnelt (Donald “P-nut”) of West Bend, WI and Kerry Bishop (George) of Richlands, NC and several nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his sister Sharon Aikens, father Clifford “Sonny” Aikens Sr. and mother Shirley Amero Aikens.  Kevin will be laid to rest at the Aikens Family Cemetery at a later date, condolences may be sent to 545 Harris Creek Rd, Jacksonville, NC 28540
