On Tuesday, deputies with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the southern portion of the county. As a result of this traffic stop the driver of the vehicle, 30-year-old Kyettio El Greguoidemontie of Raleigh, was arrested and charged with Driving while Impaired, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Maintaining a Vehicle for the use of Controlled Substances. He was placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $1,000 secured bond.
