Michael Henry “Mike” Anderson, 69, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2020 at his home.

Mike was born in Wayne County on August 6, 1950 to the late Luther Henry Anderson and Sallye Tilton Anderson. He owned and operated AIM Electronics in Goldsboro for many years. Mike was an active member of Pleasant Grove O.F.W.B. Church in Pikeville where he had served as a deacon.

Mike always enjoyed working on home improvements at his home but will be remembered by many for his love of working in the yard as it always showed. He also had a great love for traveling with his wife, Jo-Anne. Above all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his precious grandchildren. He will be missed.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Barry Stallings officiating. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.

Mike is survived by his wife, Jo-Anne Anderson; children, Deborah Reynolds and husband Eric, Jessica Wiggins, Barrett Panton, Melissa Anderson and Matthew Anderson, six grandchildren, Andrew Wiggins, Zachary Wiggins, Conner Wiggins, Livy Reynolds, Julius Reynolds and Edgar Reynolds; and sisters, Eve Sicard, Patti Anderson and Theresa Glisson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his memory to Pleasant Grove Church, P.O. Box 36, Pikeville, NC 27863.
