Free Business Seminars To Feature “Ex-Disney Guy” Formica

The Wayne Business and Industry Center’s Small Business Center has scheduled two virtual seminars by business coach John Formica, best known as the “Ex-Disney Guy.”

“How to Create a Magical Customer Experience Especially During Difficult Times!” will be held noon-1:30 p.m. on June 23. Formica will address how businesses must learn what customers want and need in order to adapt, re-boot, pivot, and elevate customer experiences in order to survive.

“How to Lead a Team During Challenging Times and Change?” is set for 6-7:30 p.m. on June 24. This seminar will help leaders define their roles, develop action plans, communicate effectively, and create a “whistle while you work” atmosphere to achieve positive results.

Both seminars are offered free of charge.

Formica is an internationally known speaker, business coach and author of the top selling book, “Making the Customer Experience Magical Now!-How to Succeed in Business and Beat Out Your Competition Today.”

Prior to his speaking career, Formica acquired more than 30 years of experience in top management positions with service industry leaders including Walt Disney World Resort®, Hyatt and Hilton Hotels and Sunrise Senior Living. During his 10 years at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, Formica was selected to open and manage their top luxury resort properties as part of Disney’s Resort Division expansion from four to 16 hotels.
