You have heard the old saying, “A dog is a man’s best friend.” Well that is certainly the case with Mount Olive Commissioner Dennis Draper and his best friend Buddy.  Tuesday afternoon, Buddy was the captain as he rode in the parade honoring Mount Olive seniors from Southern Wayne High School.
