The United Way of Wayne County invites you to show your love for local hospital employees.

In an interview with Jeff Farrow on Goldsboro’s Greatest Hits 1150 and 98.3, United Way of Wayne County Executive Director Sherry Archibald talked about the community cheer parade being held Friday morning for Wayne UNC Health Care.

Archibald says its a wonderful opportunity to show thanks for the healthcare expertise Wayne UNC brings to the community.

She says the law enforcement-led parade will occur right as one Wayne UNC shift ends and another begins.

Those wishing to join the parade should meet in the parking lot in front of Wayne Learning Center at Wayne Community College at 6:30 AM on Friday, May 15.

The parade, with police escort, will leave the parking lot at 6:45 and head to the designated route around Wayne UNC Health Care.
