On Tuesday, a member of the Wayne County Sheriff’s ACE Team stopped a vehicle on Highway 117 South.  During the stop, a search was conducted which led to the discovery of illegal narcotics.  The driver, 37-year-old Christopher L. Conner of Rose Hill, was arrested for Possession with Intent to Sell and/or Deliver Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Vehicle for the Sale of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Conner was given a $10,000 secured bond.
