A member of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Team pulled a vehicle over in Goldsboro.  The vehicle was searched and illegal narcotics were reportedly found.  The driver, 45-year-old Vance D. Best of Goldsboro, was arrested on charges of Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Marijuana, Maintaining a Vehicle for the Sale of Controlled Substances, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Best was given a $3,000 unsecured bond.
