The City of Goldsboro, as a recipient of funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), is conducting a survey to:
- To collect updated information on housing and community development needs in the City of Goldsboro.
- To confirm that the community development and housing needs identified for the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan are still applicable.
- To better understand residents’ housing decisions and their experiences living, working, or going to school in Goldsboro.
Two versions of the survey are available — one for residents and one for people who work in the fields of housing and community development, lending, social services, fair housing and advocacy. Participation is voluntary, but very important to the development of a meaningful plan. All responses are confidential, and will only be reported in combination with those of other participants (i.e., data percentages and ranking).
