The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports 52-year-old Michael W. Hammerberg has been charged with Fail to Report New Address – Sex Offender. That’s after the sheriff’s office was alerted last week that Hammerberg was not residing at the address registered with the Sex Offender Registry. On Wednesday, Wayne County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1400 block of Durham Lake for the report of a breaking and entering.
