The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports 52-year-old Michael W. Hammerberg has been charged with Fail to Report New Address – Sex Offender. That’s after the sheriff’s office was alerted last week that Hammerberg was not residing at the address registered with the Sex Offender Registry.
