Wayne Preparatory Academy’s motto is “Creating a Legacy of Leadership and Learning” and as a big part of that comes community service. Service is the rent you pay for being on this earth. WPA Executive Director Mr. Twitty puts an emphasis the importance of giving back to our community. So, the WPA Girl’s Varsity Basketball Lady General’s team wanted to do something over the Christmas Break and decided to ring the bell for Salvation Army. Monday at Sam’s Club, Assistant Coach Mark Colebrook, player Kailey Holt, her mother Shannon Holt, and her grandmother Linda were helping out. We were fortunate to have 3 generations helping out today. Wayne Preparatory Academy believes in leading by example. One team, One Unit, WE ARE WPA.
