With loving arms of compassion the E.M. Matthews Funeral Home Family is consoling the heartbroken loved ones of Mr. Tony Oliver as they prepare to take a journey that no family wishes to take. Mr. Oliver closed the curtains of this life on November 14, 2025 at Novant Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.

Services to commemorate Tony’s life will be held on Monday, December 1, 2025 commencing at 1pm, in the New Jackson Tabernacle Church in Mt. Olive, NC. During these “Until We Meet Again” events, those in attendance will be able to bring some sense of closure during this moment of sadness, while relying on their faith in the Master to see them through the difficult days that lie ahead.
