Frances Cooper Barnes, 88, of Andrews Avenue, passed away on Wednesday at Wayne UNC Health.

She was born on June 23, 1937 in Wilson County to Rev. George and Lucille Banks Cooper. She is survived by her three children.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 PM in the Rev Ernie Haskins Memorial Chapel of Haskins Memorial Services. Burial will follow in the Wayne Memorial Park. 

Visitation will be held Monday from 3 PM – 6 PM at the funeral home.
