Come on out for our Halloween Pet Costume Contest. The non-refundable registration donation is $20. There will also be food and craft vendors, a coloring contest for the kids, and 50/50 drawing. Funds raised will support our spay/neuter voucher program, pet food giveaway, and other activities for Wayne County animal welfare.
