RALEIGH, N.C. — Families across the Triangle will have the chance to step into a fairytale this Saturday as Raleigh Princess Day transforms the Raleigh Convention Center into a magical kingdom filled with beloved storybook characters.

The all-day event, scheduled for August 23 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., promises to deliver “joy, laughter, and happily ever after” through ten enchanting performances and activities designed for children and their families.

The organizers wants the community to experience the magic with your favorite fairytale friends, highlighting the interactive nature of the celebration that goes beyond typical character appearances.

Multiple Sessions Throughout the Day

The event is structured around four separate 90-minute sessions beginning at 10 a.m., noon, 2:30 p.m., and 4:30 p.m. Each session is capped to ensure guests receive a high-quality experience, according to organizers.

Activities planned for each session include captivating storytelling, sing-along performances, dance activities, hands-on crafts, games, and special meet-and-greet opportunities where children can take photos and collect autographs from individual characters.

Dress-Up Encouraged

Young attendees are encouraged to arrive in costume as their favorite princess characters, adding to the immersive experience. Children 12 months and under can enter free when accompanied by a paid adult.
