June 8, 2025, 40, Goldsboro —

Travis Patrick Shuey, age 40, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2025 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC. Born in Wayne County, he was the son of Mardie Shuey and the late Kevin Ousley. He was raised lovingly by the late Dan Price. He was a graduate of Eastern Wayne High School.

A Gathering for family and friends will be Friday, June 20, 2025 at Well Traveled Beer (Back Room), 201 S. Center Street, Goldsboro, NC  from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. 

Along with his mother, Travis is survived by his uncles, Kevin Shuey & wife, Leatrice of Goldsboro, NC and Mike Shuey of Raleigh, NC; cousins, Amber Childs of NY, Heather Bohonis of England, Fayth Shuey of Olympia, WA and Erin Dunham of Clearwater, FL; and many close friends.
