C. Elvin Owens, 85, of Rosemary Court, Dudley, passed away on Saturday. He was born in Coinjock, North Carolina, to Frank and Endia Perry Owens.

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday at 1:00 PM at Word of Truth Christian Fellowship, with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.

A visitation will be held on Monday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
