Born in Rutland, Vermont, Carole Jean Baird Shattuck passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Willow Creek Nursing Center.

Carole dedicated many years of her life to her work as a school bus driver, where she was known for the care and kindness she showed to every child who rode her bus.

She is lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Sherri Shattuck and her companion Zack, and Lisa Thompson; as well as her cherished grandchildren, Allena Barwick and Conner Sigmund.
