July 15, 2022, 71, Dudley –

Camillia Faye Gooding Easton, 71, of Dudley, passed away on July 15, 2022 at Kitty Askins Hospice House surrounded by her family. Camelia was born in Wilson County on April 18, 1951 to the late Linwood Earl Gooding and Rosa Lee Jernigan Gooding.

In addition to her parents, Camelia is preceded in death by her son.

Camelia is survived by her daughter, Carmin Melvin of Goldsboro; sisters, Joanne Brown of Alabama, Joyce Turner of Princeton, Margie Knox of Goldsboro, and Lanellan Smith of Goldsboro; grandchildren, Jody Ray Melvin, Jeremy Lee Melvin, and Gina Rae Lee; great grandchild, Kye Elliot Faison, and several other family and friends.

Funeral services are pending at this time.

Although flowers are welcome, memorial donations may be made to Casey funeral Home and Cremations to assist with burial expenses.
