July 4, 2021, 73, Pikeville –

Donna Carol Fore Jackson, 73, of Pikeville passed away Sunday at Wayne U.N.C. Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Norris and Virginia Fore and was married to Thomas Oliver Jackson. Mrs. Jackson owned and operated her own cleaning service. Her most loved career however was being a homemaker for her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed trips to the mountains, decorations and crafts, and her hummingbirds.

A service of love and remembrance will be held Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Tim Hooks and Rev. Thomas McLendon officiating. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park. A visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, July 9, 2021 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

In addition to her husband of 54 years, Donna is survived by her children, Tammy Holland of Pikeville, Theresa Robbins and husband, Bryan of Palmer, AK, Trina McGrady and husband, Lee of Pikeville, Rena Anderson and husband Glennwood of Goldsboro, and Thomas Oliver Jackson Jr. of Pikeville; 12 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
