November 30, 2025, Goldsboro — As the Angelic Hosts rejoices with the arrival of another Annointed woman of God, those who remain to endure have heavy hearts and indescribable sadness as a result of this tremendous loss. Elder Brenda Murray gently laid her head in the Master’s arms and went to sleep in Paradise on Sunday, November 30, 2025 while resting at WakeMed in Raleigh, NC, surrounded by her devoted family.
The Glorious and Amazingly beautiful Life Celebration events have been methodically orchestrated and will proceed in the following order. Beginning on Saturday, December 13, 2025 between the moments of 12noon and 1pm a public gathering will come forth as Elder Murray lies in a tranquil repose atop of an ornate silver casket bier suitable for a Queen in the sanctuary of the Greenleaf Christian Church in Goldsboro, NC. Visitors will be greeted by a formally dressed E.M. Matthews Servant of Service, whose sole purpose is to cater to the needs of the Murray family and those who have come to share love to this wonderful family. At 1pm, the Angelic Obsequious fit for Heaven’s Royal Priesthood will be called to order. At the conclusion of the Triumphant “Send Off”, Elder Murray’s earthen vessel along with her adored relatives will be escorted to her earthly waiting room called Evergreen Cemetery, until her name is called to receive her crown of Righteousness . Now that she has finally met the Man she has read, preached and sung about for so many years and been honored to sit at the feet of the one she prayed to, her spirit is satisfied and when the trumpet is sounded and the sky opens once and for all, the Master Himself will call her name saying Brenda “you’ve been faithful, you’ve been true and you’ve done all you could ever do and for your faithfulness, ITS YOUR TIME.
Guests are being received at the residence located at 204 Eddie Dr. Goldsboro, N.C, where they will also assemble in preparation for the Prestigious E.M. Matthews Ebony Motorcade.
