Loroyce Wells Marlowe, 80, of Fremont passed away Friday, November 28, 2025 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.

She was born in Wayne County, North Carolina on October 26, 1945 to the late Ralph Bruce and Esther Smith Wells. 

She is survived by her son, Ronnie Wood of Fremont; her step-daughter, Traci Bender, (Don) of Nevada; her sister, Annie Rose Stoneburner of Texas and her granddaughter, Allison Wood.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-son, Tony Marlowe.

No formal service will be held.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
